During the Convention:

We adopt a small, closed AA group format. Your group will be indicated by the colour on your badge and your meeting will be shown on a list with a room plan. In order to bring a freshness to each group and ensure that everyone feels included, we aim to separate you from your close friends for these meetings and to get an even ratio of women and men and create a mix of people from different parts of the country. These groups will remain the same all weekend.

Please wear your badge at all times to help identification. As a form of visible receipt, it establishes your right to be there. This is a residential weekend only; the hotel does not permit day visitors.

Friday 21st February:

4.00pm onwards - Registration

After Dinner - AA & Al-Anon Platform (depending upon level of Alanon participation)

Saturday 22nd February:

Morning Meditation Meeting and Breakfast

10.30am - 12.30pm - Small Group Meetings

Afternoon is left free

8.30 - 9.30pm - Small Group Meetings

9.30pm - 12.30am - Entertainment - Quiz, Raffle, Music, Fun.

Sunday 23rd February:

Morning Meditation Meeting and Breakfast

10.30am - 12.30pm - Small Group Meetings

1.00pm - Carvery lunch (one course)
